What is the minimum order value?
We have minimum order value of Rs 500 for Delhi & Ncr Rs.1000 currently. The customers are free to make an order of any product or can chose multiple products combined for minimum value, that can be delivered without any trouble.
Is it possible to change the delivery location?
The delivery location and the address that was provided to us cannot be changed once given. We strictly don’t allow the change of location at any cost.
Are there facilities of discounts on products?
We always delight the customers with new offers from time to time. You must visit the website frequently to know about the special offers available. We have a separate page to inform about the discount offers on buying particular items. On checking at the special offers page, features of discounts can definitely be enjoyed by the customers.
To which cities deliveries are available?
We at Old delhi Foods deliver/ship all our items/delicacies in Delhi currently & plan to launch deliveries in NCR shortly.
Certain products which have Long Shelf Life like Namkeens,certain Sweets can be delivered/shipped to Pan India. We have reputed Courier services registered with us. Delivery is subject to Courier Company norms.

As Quick delivery is our priority but sometimes due to any climatic,political or natural resons can hinder timely delivery for which Old Delhi Foods will not be held Responsible.
Do you accept COD (cash on delivery)?
We accept cash on delivery only in Delhi & NCR . We also accept online payments.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of orders can be allowed only for Out Station Orders when it is initiated within One hour from the time of ordering. However, orders with ‘card flagged’ or ‘card failed’ or ‘payment pending’ status can be cancelled by mailing us. Otherwise, orders once made cannot be cancelled. For the cancelled orders, money will be credited back within specified number of working days automatically.
Return policy
No items can be returned once the customer accepted the items.
Do you accept bulk order?
We accept and deliver bulk orders. For the delivery of bulk orders, we request you to contact us to the numbers that are mentioned in the website. We will accept bulk order deliveries across cities as well as locations outside Delhi.
Are the products being sold on your site is manufactured by you?
The products that are being sold on this website are not manufactured by us and we only offer the delivery service.
OLD DELHI FOODS are not making / manufacturing any food products shown on our web site. We are only delivering the products .We are not responsible for the quality/ hygiene of the products manufactured / made by others. But we assure that we will supply the products to our customers in good condition.
REFUNDS
Despite Our best efforts to get the products at your Door Steps there are/can be some unavoidable circumstances when it is not possible for us to deliver. In such cases we will refund the entire amount to you. Though Old Delhi Foods will not be liable for any interest/ panelty on the Refund Amount. The Refund procedure may take 7 to 10 working days.The mode of payment will be same way in which customer makes the payment.
